Cannot believe how simple and easy to follow this process was. From our initial discussion with Brook to settling our home will exactly be 3 months. Alannah, is an absolute superstar who was never too busy to answer questions, the guys at Vivid made life so easy and the ongoing support and advice is amazing. We completed this process about 3 weeks ago. To begin with I thought that it was too good to be true and it was all a make belief story. I would read these reviews and think “yeah right” and now I’m writing one. After doing some research and asking questions my wife and I decided to go with the process. We could not be happier. Alannah and the team at Super Property are awesome. They helped us through the whole process and explained everything every step of the way. The team is so professional and they know their stuff. Michael and the team at Vivid Advisory are also excellent. If you needed any questions to be answered they would be there when you needed them. My husband and I stumbled across oss these guys on FB and are thankful every day we did. Both in our second marriage we never dreamed we would own our own property together. This company is a waste of money. When I first spoke to this lot they said they were with me on my journey and would help me every step of the way...I was forever asking for updates, always coordinating everything i even had my lawyer get involved. Then they charged me 20k and when I asked what that paid for... the reply was it's an "INTRODUCTORY FEE' seriously I could have googled these other people. Who by the way charge their fees on top of this 20k. Then to top it off they send me a Xmas Closure email.... what a joke!! I've only heard from them 2 or 3 times this year. Don't waste yr 20k on these people. Heck I'll give you their contacts for free 🤣🤣

It's been nearly a year since Super Property helped us buy a home to live in - using our super. I had honestly thought that owning our own home wasn't possible as it was impossible to save for a deposit. But the team guided us through all the steps and gave really clear instructions and advice during every step. I highly recommend Super Property Solutions. Today I have an house with water views, which I never dream off. Follow Super Property Solutions procedures and you will get the house in your dreams. The Team are very professional and will help you in everyway. They will educate and guide you. This is not a quick process due to opening a SMSF, takes approximately 6 weeks. This is a investment not a house loan. I would like to thank Super Property Solutions on the purchase of our water view home in W.A. I have owned other properties. Since moving from Qld back home to WA, I have sold my house in QLD and payed off most of our debt. I did not have 20% deposits for a house in WA. I really wanted to get out of the rental market due to the crazy weekly price. This is where Super Property Solutions solve my issue. Super Property Solutions help me get my 20% deposit. Ofterwise I would wait approximately 2 yrs by saving to get my 20% deposit. I recommend to check this out. Do your homework. My Wife and I have a house which we will retire in. SMSF was something we have wanted to do for years but just did not know where to start. A few months ago on Facebook an advert for Australian Super Solutions popped up with a quick questionnaire to see if you qualified I filled out a few questions and that night received a call from a consultant and here we are today with our SMSF and our first investment property. David & Alannah have made the whole experience so smooth and easy for us considering we are not in the same state, no matter what questions we have thrown at them they know the answers and if the answers were not known they would find out and get back to us in a timely manner, nothing seemed to bother them no matter how little or big it was and they have gone above and beyond for us and we could not recommend the team at Australian Super Solutions high enough and look forwards to working with them in the future and would recommend anyone who is considering SMSF to give them a call.

Who would have thought that clicking an add on Facebook would help full fill my dreams of home ownership. Super Property Solutions was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me back into the property market and owning my own home. They provided essential advice to entering into a contract to buy land that the owner needed to finish the subdivision on. They negotiated with and introduced me to very experienced knowledgeable finance brokers who assisted me in getting the loan I needed to buy a block of land in my dream suburb and helped me to network with the builders to organise a custom building design. They pointed me in the right direction to get in contact with experienced knowledgeable conveyancers. This ensured I obtained a legal review of the purchase contracts prior to the cooling off period ending and they assisted in necessary contract addendums and the settlement process. The process is managed in a step by step process via their online platform. I would highly recommend their service.
